What makes an effective resilient organisation? A resilient organisation can successfully identify long-term challenges such as AI and climate change as well as build organisational agility to be able to absorb and adapt. The challenges can expose risks but also present opportunities. Those with the foresight to embrace change and prepare for it can reap competitive advantage. This breakfast meeting will address the fundamental issues in leading resilient organisations in a turbulent age. The practical issues and implications will be reviewed and discussed, to identify the success factors and how to measure progress.

The debate will be lead by three guest speakers:
- Caroline Field, Principal, Resilience Practice, MMI Engineering – Caroline will introduce a comprehensive framework for holistically measuring and managing resilience within your organisation.
- Hazel McLaughlin, Partner & Business Psychologist, OE Cam – Hazel will explore how to build resilience at the individual and team level and how to ensure the right culture, values and behaviours that mitigate risk and seize opportunities for the future.
- Robert Hall, Director, Security & Resilience Network, London First – Robert will focus on building and benchmarking the resilience of local business communities in city districts.
