OE Cam has appointed Hazel McLaughlin as Partner to lead their Talent Management practice. A specialist in leadership development and business transformation, Hazel joins OE Cam from Human Factors International where she was Managing Director Europe.
Hazel is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist and has held Executive and Non-Executive board level roles at SHL Group and Saville Consulting. Having co-founded and directed independent consultancy People Transform, Hazel has specialist experience in senior level assessment and development, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and leadership development.

She advises on how to attract and grow female talent in business.
