OE Cam is pleased to announce that Hazel McLaughlin will be sharing key insights into how Disruptive Talent can enhance organisational performance at Business South’s HR Forum on Wednesday 25th May 2016.
The theme for this event is ‘Sustainable High Performance through Leadership‘ and includes presentations from BOC, Investors in People and OE Cam.
How do we develop leadership capability for a high performance culture?
High Performance Working is more than just achieving peak performance at a moment in time. It is about delivering results today, but it is also about investing in Human Capital and creating the right environment, such that an organisation has High Performance in its DNA and can deliver peak performance in the short, medium and long term.
Hazel will present OE Cam’s experience and research into ‘Disruptive Talent‘ and the links with high performance cultures. The presentation will focus on the business case for identifying and nurturing disruptive talent and the challenges for assessment & development. Hazel will use case studies to describe the organisational conditions needed to create successful disruptive talent programmes and explain the implications for strategic talent management.
Hazel McLaughlin is a chartered Occupational Psychologist and leads OE Cam’s Talent Management practice.
