OE Cam Research 2017
“Digital Chaos: How to Lead When Losing Control”
How is your organisation dealing with the increase in digitalisation?
We are moving towards a world of total digitalisation. Gartner defines digitalisation as:
the use of digital technologies to change a business model and provide new revenue and value-producing opportunities; it is the process of moving to a digital business
Whilst some organisations are adapting well, others struggle to manage the changes that the increase in technology brings – facing digital chaos, loss of control and a disengaged workforce.
OE Cam is collaborating with our European partners, SPACE Consulting*, to conduct research into the different organisational approaches to digitalisation. We will investigate the change in leadership and capabilities required to work in an increasingly digital workplace, and establish which factors are key to success.
Whilst some organisations are adapting well, others struggle to manage the changes that the increase in technology brings – facing digital chaos, loss of control and a disengaged workforce
We would like to invite you to participate in this exciting research, to give current insight into what we believe is one of the biggest challenges faced by organisations today.
Participation will consist of an interview, conducted face-to-face or via telephone depending on your preference. Information provided will remain anonymous and all participants will receive a complimentary copy of the full report as well as have the opportunity to discuss practical implementation with their peers.
If you would like to take part, please complete the form opposite and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to talk. Alternatively, please call Toni Marshall in our Cambridge office on +44 (0)1223 269009.
We look forward to speaking with you.
