Glenn successfully led Connect Group’s organisation, people and culture due diligence and the subsequent people integration of multiple acquisitions. These acquisitions transformed the Group from its origins as a £1.2bn newspaper and magazine distribution business (demerged from WHSmith in 2006) to the diverse distribution group it is today with combined revenues of £1.8bn and c6,000 employees.
