NEW JOB VACANCY

OE Cam has exciting career opportunities for experienced Organisation Development practitioners.

We are looking for talented, courageous, ambitious and energetic people to join our team, who thrive where responsibilities and opportunities abound, and whose clients value their insight and trust their judgement.

OE Cam is a boutique consultancy, with an impressive client base.  We are trusted advisors to top UK and international companies, not for profit and public service organisations, across all sectors, and include names such as Associated British Foods, Arriva, The Body Shop, Brakes, Coller Capital, Dept of Health, Greene King, Goodwood, NHS Trusts, Odeon and Primark.

About the role…

Our approach to Organisation Development is different.  We incorporate our expertise in OD, social science and business psychology with broader business insight to increase organisation effectiveness and deliver lasting impact.

You will support the pursuit of business opportunities and contribute on a range of challenging assignments, for example:

  • Redesigning businesses to be aligned, accountable and agile
  • Post-acquisition integration, addressing the structural, capability and cultural challenges
  • Improving the effectiveness of globally matrixed organisations
  • Advising businesses on dealing with the impact of digitalisation
  • Developing commercial acumen in public sector organisations
  • Improving the governance effectiveness between NEDs and Executive Directors
  • Creating people strategies that support strategic change or turnaround.

And being part of the broader OE Cam team, projects often overlap with our leadership development, talent management and coaching projects.

We encourage ongoing learning & development with opportunities to get involved in our European research projects as well as mentoring for professional qualifications.  We have a dynamic marketing programme and the whole team comes together twice a month to discuss ideas and co-create propositions and plan business development activities.  And we also encourage our team to undertake pro bono charity work.

OE Cam offers a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.  We share our success through inviting all our team members to become shareholders in the business.

About you…

You will have experience in delivering organisation behaviour change within fast-moving complex environments (either as a consultant, general manager or HR professional), as well as having the right commercial attitude to spot business leads and help win work.

We prefer applicants with a degree in one of the social sciences and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
