So how can leaders effectively manage the growing pains?

Please join us 5pm-7.30pm on Wed 2nd April for a debate where OE Cam’s Business Psychologists will facilitate a discussion around the leadership challenges of high growth businesses in Biotech/Life Sciences.

Over an early supper, we will present three use cases and invite you to participate in a problem-solving conversation; sharing our stories and hearing new perspectives.
