OE Cam has designed a new leadership programme specifically for women – providing a neutral, inclusive space to unlock women’s leadership potential.
A key aspect of our approach is tailoring content to the female voice and sharing relevant stories that draw on our experience of coaching women in senior leadership positions.

- Recognising challenges
- Understanding our response to difficulty and harnessing fear
- Driving and managing emotional responses during times of change
- Fostering grit, resilience and perseverance.

Testimonials
“As a mid-career professional, I was seeking ways to enhance my leadership skills, build a strong network, and navigate the unique challenges faced by women in leadership roles. OE Cam’s course provided a safe space for self-reflection & growth. It emphasised authenticity and celebrated our strengths. Connecting with other ambitious women was invaluable too. We shared stories, exchanged strategies & cheered each other on. From time management techniques to building a personal brand, the course offered practical tools. It allowed me to reflect on my career intentions and I gained the confidence to step into my leadership potential.”
“Discussing challenges of other women in their everyday work life does not only help them but also has a good take away for oneself. The program gave room and impulses for those precious talks”
“The programme really exceeded my expectations. The interactive workshops provided practical strategies and triggered me to think deeper about how I do things. I am taking away a greater understanding of who I am as a leader, and the impact I want to leave.”
What to expect
This programme will be delivered in-person at our offices in central Cambridge. Public parking is available nearby and we are a short walk to the Park & Ride bus stops or 10 mins from the train station. The modules will run from 10am to 4pm, including lunch, on the following dates:
- The Adaptable Leader – 14th May 2024
- The Confident Leader – 11th June 2024
- The Persevering Leader – 2nd July 2024
- The Developmental Leader – 30th July 2024
After completing the programme, the cohort will be invited to attend a facilitated peer group session where individuals can talk through any challenges they are experiencing and support one another. These sessions will be approximately two and six months after the final workshop.
Research has shown that Managers are key to retaining women – but they need more support to get this right (McKinsey & Leanin.org). Our programme includes a 1-hour webinar designed for delegates’ Line Manager to give them tips and tools to support their direct reports through this journey. NB. individuals can attend the course without their Line Manager taking part.
Programme costs £995 per person + VAT.
