With more than 20 years’ experience working with senior teams, he is known for his practical approach to ‘connecting the dots’; improving performance by making stronger links between psychological assessment, culture and leadership behaviour. Understanding these links is particularly important now as leaders consider the culture change required to deliver complex AI initiatives.
