Introduction

This statement constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking transparency statement as at December 2019.  This statement explains the steps that we have taken to ensure and prevent modern slavery from occurring within the company and our supply chains.

Our organisation

Organisation Effectiveness Cambridge (OE Cam LLP) is a firm of business psychologists and organisation consultants based in Cambridge, UK.  The firm was established in 2011 and as at 20th December 2019 comprises 10 employees and a small network of Associate consultants (majority of whom are previous employees).  Our staff are largely directly employed and are not in any category which is generally seen to be vulnerable to modern slavery.

Our Supply Chain

OE Cam does not have a large number of suppliers to support its business activities. Suppliers that we do use are mostly UK-based established PLCs and relate to IT support, marketing, facilities management and finance/banking services as well as procurement of psychometric materials, utilities and office supplies used in our day to day operations.

All terms of business / contracts with new suppliers are reviewed in detail by our Finance Manager and agreed by our Managing Partner.

Policies and Due Diligence Processes

OE Cam is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains.  We work within all applicable laws and are committed to comply with the Modern Slavery Act.

Our employees act professionally, fairly and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships, in whichever geographical location we operate.  This is supported by our employee on-boarding and development programme.

Relationships with clients and suppliers are reviewed regularly, including adherence to ethical practices as part of discussions around business operations at monthly Partner meetings.

Declaration

This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Act.  This statement has been approved by the OE Cam Managing Partner and constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking statement up to the date of publication of this statement.
