OE Cam is delighted to be hosting a “Festival of Learning” to explore agile leadership on Tuesday 8th October, at The Lighterman in London’s vibrant King’s Cross.

Much has been written about the “Agile Leader”; those individuals who are both ‘enablers’ and ‘disrupters’ – who have clarity of direction and empower others to deliver the vision whilst at the same time challenge the status quo and re-imagine new & better ways of working.  The ability to quickly adapt and respond to emerging opportunities or threats is a critical skill for all leaders in today’s business environment.

… the “Agile Leader”; those individuals who are both ‘enablers’ and ‘disrupters’ – who have clarity of direction and empower others to deliver the vision whilst at the same time challenge the status quo and re-imagine new & better ways of working.

It is an ability that can be developed with the right focus and development practices. Our Festival of Learning will spark your imagination and provide you with the space to consider how you can develop Agile Leadership behaviours within your business.

Our Festival of Learning will spark your imagination and provide you with the space to consider how you can develop Agile Leadership behaviours within your business.

This event will give you the opportunity to explore OE Cam’s four dimensions of Agile Leadership: External Perspective; Authenticity; Continuous Learning and Ambi-Dextrous Thinking.  An interactive carousel of activities will build an understanding of how best to develop agile behaviours through development practices, while our new leadership game will assess your own capabilities in each of the four dimensions.

This event is aimed at HR and L&D Directors interested in discovering:

  • The difference between your current and agile leadership behaviours
  • How to incorporate agile behaviours into the broader talent framework
  • How you can blend different approaches such as serious gaming, habit building and coaching to deliver enduring behavioural change in your leaders.

OE Cam events are invitation-only but if you are interested in attending, please email Helen Pybus using the contact form below.  Please note that this event is aimed at senior HR, Talent and L&D Directors employed by organisations.
