OE Cam is delighted to be hosting a business breakfast on Wednesday 8th October at The Shard in London, to share with you the early findings from our European research into Autonomous Teams.

Gary Ashton leads research into Autonomous Teams

With an increasingly dynamic and complex marketplace, there is a growing need to allow teams to become more self-managed, with the freedom to respond to changes and quickly turn ideas into commercial reality. But the challenge is how to ensure that autonomous teams are productive and contribute to the growth of the organisation without going out of control. How do you strike the right balance between the control of focus and performance with creativity and team engagement?

Over breakfast, we will share with you results from our research and facilitate a highly participative discussion around: in what kinds of environment do autonomous teams thrive? What are the individual characteristics that enable ideas to flow within and between teams? How does leadership work in this context and how do you develop an appropriate level of autonomy within teams?

OE Cam events are invitation-only, but if you are interested in attending and would like to know more, please email Helen Pybus at helen.pybus@oecam.com
