Our first webinar explored the sociological & psychological implications of “Rapidly Moving to the Virtual Organisation“. In the early stages of moving to virtual working, many organisations have focused on putting in place the necessary technological support to enable working from home, however, it is just as important to address the psychological factors and think through how to maintain social cohesion within the business. In this webinar, Julie Brophy draws upon her research into the ‘agile mindset’ to explain the relevance of Security, Autonomy & Attachment.
