Odeon Cinemas

The newly appointed Chief Executive appointed OE Cam to work with him and his Executive team to rapidly improve governance and leadership effectiveness against the background of weak business performance and organisational health scores.  We assessed and interviewed candidates for the Director roles, designed and led a series of off-sites for the newly constituted executive team.  We coached individual Directors and ran a level two European leadership programme and designed the level three programme for in-country delivery.
