Felicity Wolfenden is a Business Psychologist with expertise in applying psychological principles and psychometric tools to improve individual, team and organisational effectiveness.

Specialising in leadership and team development, Felicity leads content development for OE Cam’s eLearning platform and is Programme Director for Unlocking Women’s Leadership Potential open programme. Utilising a blended approach to learning, she is passionate about empowering individuals and teams to leverage their unique and collective strengths whilst working on their development areas.

Felicity is working with a number of senior leadership teams in the UK and internationally to increase their effectiveness. She is also a coach to leaders from a variety of organisations.

Prior to working at OE Cam, Felicity worked for organisations specialising in selection and assessment, and Neurodiversity in the workplace. She was also a Student Trustee for her Students’ Union and so has some first-hand experience of board effectiveness.

Felicity has guest lectured at the University of Cambridge and is an active member of the Association of Business Psychology, the British Psychological Society (including Division of Occupational Psychology) and registered on the BPS’s Register of Qualification Test Use (RQTU).

Qualifications: Felicity has an MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology and BSc (Hons) in Psychology.  She is qualified in a range of ability tests and personality profiles which are recognised by The British Psychological Society.
