Ian is an Associate Consultant at OE Cam. He has been the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary for both listed and major private companies. While he has spent most of his career as a lawyer, he now works as a consultant, coach, trainer and facilitator. He has a particular expertise in undertaking Board Effectiveness Reviews for organisations ranging from FTSE 100s to public sector bodies. He also works with directors and lawyers on training and development.
He has an MBA from Ashridge Business School (where he is an adjunct), has a coaching qualification, and is a CEDR (Centre for Dispute Resolution) accredited mediator. He is the co-author of “Your Role as General Counsel: How to Survive and Thrive” published by Globe Law and Business (2021)
