Susana is CEO & Managing Partner at Peoplematters, an independent Member of the Board of Directors for a private manufacturing group and Board Member at Space Consulting.
Before founding Peoplematters, Susana was a Partner and Human Capital Practice Leader at Willis Towers Watson in Spain, after working as Development and Training Director at BBVA and as a consultant in the Accenture Change Management team in Spain and Mexico.
Her professional career started as a researcher at the Center for Research and Educational Documentation of the Ministry of Education and in collaboration with Princeton University (USA). She taught Statistics and Data Processing at the Complutense University of Madrid.
Susana is one of Spain’s leading experts in the design and implementation of remuneration and reward systems, advising appointments and remuneration committees, and designing people strategies for clients in different industries in Spain and internationally. She is an expert in organisational transformation projects, change management, HR integration in M&A processes. She coaches C-Level executives and senior management in large companies.
