OE Cam is delighted to collaborate with our strategic partner Qlearsite on their latest webinar “Survival of the Fittest: Top traits of organisations that come out stronger following a crisis”.
Qlearsite will draw upon their research into the characteristics of organisations who survived previous crises and share insights into the most critical measures of those who went on to thrive.
Julie’s presentation will build on OE Cam’s ‘Fit for the Future’ journal and explore the organisational and leadership implications of moving along the change curve from ‘remobilising’ during Covid to ‘reimagining’ the business to ensure it is fit for the challenges ahead.
In my experience, two of the key attributes of a fit organisation are ensuring accountability and decision-making are aligned to the company purpose and having ’empowered’ employees who can contribute their best. The first step in achieving this is to listen. The second is to take the insights provided and use them to make change happen.
