Julie Brophy is an engaging Occupational Psychologist working in OE Cam’s Organisation Development practice. She improves business performance and employee effectiveness through re-designing and implementing change to organisational structures, management processes and culture.

With a particular interest in communication and natural language processing (NLP), she has extensive experience delivering cultural transformation and working with the senior executive to communicate insights from employee engagement surveys. Her work has included bringing organisational values to life and embedding new ways of working to support the delivery of strategic priorities.
Prior to joining OE Cam, Julie has held senior management positions as an Operations Director for a Classic Car Company and the MD of a small research company, as well as a Senior Consultant in a Human Capital Consultancy.
Her writing and speaking engagements have included: ‘The Psychology of Hybrid Working’, ‘Encouraging Women into a Male-dominated Industry’ and ‘Effective Communication as a Remote Leader’.

Qualifications: Julie has an MSc in Organisational Psychology and a BA (Hons) in Psychology. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and is a founder member of the Qualitative Research Division. Julie is qualified in a range of ability tests and personality profiles which are recognised by The British Psychological Society.
Julie is a qualified Agile Scrum Master.
