OE Cam is delighted to be facilitating a practical seminar on “Leading Transformation in Public Sector ALBs” for the Association of Chief Executives (ACE)*.

Leaders of public bodies and government agencies are under considerable pressure to deliver value in the context of an uncertain economic outlook. Government funding is in decline whilst the demand for public services continues to rise. This requires public bodies to transform their business model. They must secure alternative funding and revenues, be leaner, more agile and commercial-minded, whilst continuing to hold on to their public service values.

This event is for ACE members and will be an opportunity to discuss and share thoughts around:

  • the changing transformation fads over time;
  • what levers of change are available to the CEO; and
  • transforming your business model.

OE Cam has worked with a number of public sector organisations to deliver effective change.  This seminar will be lead by Mark Goodridge and Gary Ashton and will include plenty of practical examples.

This event will take place on Monday 25th September 2017 at the Institute for Government, 2 Carlton Gardens, London, SW1Y 5AA.  For more information, please visit the Association of Chief Executives website.
