Martyn Sakol is a Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and MBA. He has over 20 years experience in leadership & management assessment & development across all sectors, both in the UK & internationally. The focus of his work is to maximise the effectiveness of individuals, teams and organisations.
His particular areas of expertise are team dynamics and executive coaching and he is known to get to the core of team and individual issues swiftly, bringing absolute clarity for development priorities.
